• 3:00PM CHECK IN, PLAY STARTS AT 3:30PM
• (Women's A was combined with Women's AA in the AM wave-all registered teams were contacted via email and text.)

ENTRY FEES

• All fees are per team.
• Men`s, Women`s:
• Early Bird (before midnight Tuesday)-$70
• Pre-Registered (midnight Tuesday until 3PM Friday)-$75
• Walk On (at the event)-$80
• ONLINE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 8:00PM ON FRIDAY.
• AFTER 8:00PM ON FRIDAY, CASH OR CHECK ONLY AT CHECK IN

FORMAT/PRIZES

• Pool play with single elimination playoffs
• All Other Divisions: GAV/Sponsor Merchandise Prizes to 1st, 2nd, and two 3rds

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Please email info@greatamericanvolleyball.com PRIOR TO 8AM the day of the tournament if you are registered but do not plan to play.
• Any 'no shows' will be required to pay the walk on fee at the next tournament.
• Refunds will not be given for no shows unless notification is given BY EMAIL prior to 8am the day of the tournament.
• A current AVP membership is required to play.
• Any division with less than four teams may be combined with another division.
• Men's/Women's/Coed teams must play in their respective division.
