Check in is 8:00-8:30am Saturday. It will be super awkward if you get to the beach and we already started, so please be at the check in tent prior to 8:30am.

• Saturday: Main Tent/Gate 1: MO WO WAA (WAA checks in at main tent, plays past birds)
• Saturday: Tent 2/Gate 2: MAA MA MB
• Sunday: Main Tent/Gate 1: ALL DIVISIONS

Online registration closed at 3pm Friday.

• Email names and division to info@greatamericanvolleyball.com if you plan to walk on.
• (Helps us so we are not scrambling to set up extra nets in the morning.....)
• Cash or check on site if you did not pay online.

All tents/umbrellas need to be set up on the water side of the nets per Jenkinson's. Thanks!!

 Saturday: Men`s and Women`s 2s Open, AA, A, B

 Sunday: Coed AA, A, BB, B, Juniors

Saturday: 8:00-8:30AM

Sunday: 8:30-9:00AM

• We will not be able to accommodate players that arrive after 8:30am on Saturdays and 9:00AM on Sundays.

INFO FROM JENKINSON'S:

• All coolers must be 13x13x13 inches or smaller. Subject to search.
• No alcohol is allowed on the beach. Any player or fan found with alcohol will be suspended from future events. 
• Beach badges are required for all players and fans. 
• No tents are allowed on the beach.
• No player or fan can sit, hang out, set up camp or pepper between the courts and the boardwalk.

ENTRY FEES

• All fees are per team.
• Entry fees do not include parking or beach access fees.
• Open Divisions:
• Early Bird (before midnight Tuesday)-$75
• Pre-Registered (midnight Tuesday until 3PM Friday)-$80
• Walk On (at the event)-$85
• Men`s, Women`s, Coed:
• Early Bird (before midnight Tuesday)-$70
• Pre-Registered (midnight Tuesday until 3PM Friday)-$75
• Walk On (at the event)-$80

FORMAT/PRIZES

• Pool play with single elimination playoffs
• Open Divisions: 90% payout of entry fees to 1st, 2nd and two 3rds
• All Other Divisions: GAV/Sponsor Merchandise Prizes to 1st, 2nd, and two 3rds

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Please email info@greatamericanvolleyball.com PRIOR TO 8AM the day of the tournament if you are registered but do not plan to play.
• Any 'no shows' will be required to pay the walk on fee at the next tournament.
• Refunds will not be given for no shows unless notification is given BY EMAIL prior to 8am the day of the tournament.
• A current AVP membership is required to play. Silver is required for GAV tournaments.
• Any division with less than four teams may be combined with another division.
• Men's/Women's/Coed teams must play in their respective division.
