  • Please come to the tent to check your tickets and pick up your basket before leaving the beach on Saturday!

GAV will be raising funds for the Beauty Foundation for Cancer Care, a local organization dedicated to alleviating financial and emotional burdens placed on cancer patients and their families during treatment.

Saturday: 

  • Men’s & Women’s 2s - Open, AA, A, B


Sunday: 

  • Coed 2s - AA, A, BB, B

  • Girls 2s - 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U - Register HERE


Sunday Special Division: Adult/Child Division

  • Any gender combination
  • Child should be under 18. Adult should be over 18.
  • The spirit of this division is that it is a fun day for a parent, family friend, coach or mentor to team up with a younger player!

Saturday:

  • 8:00-8:30am


Sunday:

  • 8:30-9:00am


Check social media & your email Friday evening for where your division should check in.


Check in with your teammate. We will not be able to accommodate players that arrive after check in closes.


Beach Info

Beach Rules from Jenkinson’s

  • All coolers must be 13x13x13 inches or smaller and are subject to search.

  • No alcohol is allowed on the beach. Any player or fan found with alcohol will be suspended from future events.

  • Beach badges required for all players and fans. 

  • No tents are allowed on the beach. 

  • No player or fan can sit, hang out, set up camp or pepper between the courts and the boardwalk. 

  • All umbrellas need to be set up on the water side between the courts and the ocean.

Entry Fees/

Refunds

Online registration closes at 3pm Friday.


Open 2s Divisions: 

  • Early Bird (before midnight Tuesday)-$80

  • Pre-Registered (midnight Tuesday until 3pm Friday)-$85

  • Walk On (at the event)-$90


All Other 2s Divisions: 

  • Early Bird (before midnight Tuesday)-$75

  • Pre-Registered (midnight Tuesday until 3pm Friday)-$80

  • Walk On (at the event)-$85


Sunday Special Division: Adult/Child

  • $40/team


Fine Print:

  • All fees are per team. Only one partner should register and pay. 

  • If you want to pay cash, just close the payment page and do not enter credit card info.
  • Entry fees do not include beach access or parking fees. 

  • All refunds (unless the event is canceled by GAV) are subject to a 10% processing fee. No exceptions.

  • Credit card payments are accepted online until 3pm Friday. After that you can pay with cash or check on site.


Format

Pool play with single elimination playoffs


Prizes

Open Divisions: 

  • 90% payout of entry fees to 1st, 2nd and two 3rds


All Other Divisions: 

  • GAV/Sponsor Merchandise Prizes to 1st, 2nd and two 3rds


Juniors:

  • 1-Star Qualifier: Bids awarded to 1st and 2nd in each division with at least five teams

  • GAV/Sponsor Merchandise Prizes to 1st, 2nd and two 3rds


Refund Policy

  • Email info@greatamericanvolleyball.com PRIOR TO 8AM the day of the tournament if you are registered, but do not plan to play. 

  • Refunds will not be given for no shows unless notification is given BY EMAIL prior to 8am the day of the tournament. 

  • All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.

  • Deleting your entry through your account does not automatically trigger a refund, so please notify us if you cancel your entry.


Fine Print

  • Any division with less than 4 teams may be combined with another division. 

  • Men’s/Women’s/Coed teams must play in their respective division.

  • A current AVP membership is required to play. Silver is required for GAV tournaments. 

  • #youwontmelt but weather related cancellations can be found on social media and this event page.
