Event Details

Junior Age Requirements: The following brackets are valid through 9/1/2023.

• 18U: Athletes graduating high school in 2023 or later.
• 16U: Athletes graduating high school in 2025 or later.
• 14U: Athletes graduating high school in 2027 or later.
• 12U: Athletes graduating high school in 2029 or later.

• Wednesday, July 5: Girls 18U, 16U & 12U Pool Play
• Thursday, July 6: Girls 18U,16U & 12U Playoffs (12U Playoffs finish)
• Friday, July 7: Girls 18U & 16U Playoffs Finish , Girls 14U Pool Play, Boys 18U, 16U & 14U Pool Play and Playoffs
• Saturday, July 8: Girls 14U Playoffs, Boys 18U, 16U & 14U Playoffs, Boys 12U Pool Play and Playoffs
• Sunday, July 9: Girls 14U Playoffs Finish, Boys 12U Playoffs Finish

Format: *subject to change based on final entry list

• Pool Play: Pools of 4 teams, Match Play, 2 games to 21 pts, tie-breaker to 15 pts
• Playoffs: Match Play
• All Boys & Girls 12U:
•     1st and 2nd in each pool into gold bracket. First round played on Day 1. 
•     Winners to Gold Losers to Silver Bracket
•     3rd in each pool to Bronze
• Girls 18U, 16U & 14U:
•     Gold Bracket: 1st and 2nd in each pool
•     Silver Bracket: 3rd in each pool
•     Bronze Bracket: 4th in each pool
•     Losers of 1st round of playoffs have a consolation match
•     Not all teams will make it to 3rd day of play
•     If division is full, the following teams will play on day 3: Gold Bracket top 8, Silver and Bronze Brackets: top 4. 

Entry Fees: 

• Girls 18U, 16U, 14U: $300/team
• Boys 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U & Girls 12U: $200/team

Qualification Process:

• Players can earn bids from Dec 1, 2022 through June 25, 2023
• Space is limited. A bid does not guarantee you a spot if we fill up. 
• Until May 15, teams with the highest AVP points will be accepted. After May 15, teams will be accepted on a first-come come, first-serve basis.
• Athletes do not have to complete with same partner they won a bid with, but one partner must have a bid in order to compete
• Gold memberships are required to compete at this event

Dress Code:

• Uniforms are not required, but encouraged.
• All athletes must wear full-coverage bottoms and a top that covers the midriff when standing.
• Any athletes that are looking to get recruited are encouraged to wear their last name and grad year on their clothing.

Coaches:

Make sure you have completed all the requirements in order to coach at this event:

• Background Screening must be completed and cleared one week prior to event start date.  
• Active SILVER AVP Membership
• AVP America Coaching Pass to be completed one week prior to event start date. Pass is valid for one calendar year (1/1 - 12/31)
• Coaches MUST check-in with AVP Staff at event to receive coaching credentials for the event
• Make sure you know the Coaching Rules that were included in the AVP America Coaching Pass.
