AVP is proud to be hosting its first regional round of its Club vs Club (college style) events. The event will be run alongside the prestigious East meets West (March 30 - April 1) collegiate event hosted by UCLA.

AVP and USAV will be partnering to host the US Beach Club Championships in Hermosa Beach CA July 9th-11th. More information will be released soon.

Event Details:

• Event Age Requirements:

• 18U Athletes graduating high school in 2023 or later.

• 16U Athletes graduating high school in 2025 or later.

• 14U Athletes graduating high school in 2027 or later.

• 12U Athletes graduating high school in 2029 or later.

• Please note that these age groups change on September 1, 2023.  

• Divisions:

• 18U: 5 pairs per squad, $900/squad

• 16U: 3 pairs per squad, $540/squad

• Capacity:

• 18U: 12 squads

• 16U: 12 squads

• Seeding: Sum of the points of the players in the squad. 

• 18U - 10 players

• 16U - 6 players. 

• Club Directors will have to submit their squads by March 27th so that seeding can take place

• Coaches' Meeting: 7:15 am

• Play Starts: 8:00 am

• Format: All duels will be match play.

• We intend to use the 3 pools of 4 squads on 3 or 5 courts. This means that pool play will take 9 time slots.

• AVP will not be organizing matches for 6's in the 18U division. Clubs are more than welcome to bring a 6's but will have to liaise with other clubs to create playing opportunities.

• Clubs can enter a maximum of 2 squads per division until March 1st.

• All players will earn AVP points for participating in this event.

Refund Policy - Paid Registrations will NOT be refunded for clubs unable to attend for any reason if they back out within 30 days of the event. If the tournament director can fill the spot, a refund may be offered at the discretion of the AVP.
