First and foremost on everyone's mind will be refunds: We have a very generous refund policy and procedure.  If you get too tired in the qualifier Thursday, qualify, get injured, or otherwise just don't want to play, you'll be able to click a link at the bottom of your email and change partners or withdraw/refund yourself any time before 7pm on Thursday.  We expect some shuffling in and out, but with our paperless tournament system it's easy for us to make changes late (or early).

Format: We'll run a single set pool-play -> single-elim single event.  Running a double elim in one day is just too much volley and would take more time than we have on the courts at the pier.  We'll have 12-16 courts to use for this Friday Open tournament and because we'll be giving out 25th place points for the winner (higher than any other AVP America tournaments) we expect it to fill,  Wait list will be based on entry time so grab your spot now.  We'll have 30-40 spaces per gender after which we'll be turning teams away.  

We'll start play at 8am on Friday at the Pier in Huntington, using the same courts as the qualifier.
