This event is for allowing teams in EEVB's Long Beach league only to pay the balances of their league entry fees. You cannot pay the full fee through this site, only the balance due.

Note that the fees all include a $25 credit card company service fee. The best way to pay and avoid the service fee is to mail a check to EEVB, PO Box 49, Hampton Bays, NY 11946. Service charge will not be included in any refunds.

Please select the division you are playing. There is no option to pick the night. We will match up the payments with your registrations. You can follow the progress of your registration and that we match your payment correctly on the Long Beach standings page.

TO PAY: (entry fee is 2 parts, $100 deposit + balance due = total fee). To pay the full fee (deposit & balance due) in one shot with the $25 credit card service fee, select Master's Division when restringing. (again, we realize this procedure is not perfect this year. It will be much more straight forward and simpler next year)

Balance Due: Click register and then select the division you are playing. Enter your name as player #1. Click "I do not have a partner " for the remaining players. (we will see your players on your roster that you submit as described at

Deposit: Select Wait List 2 as your division when registering. Then send us an email about which night/division you want.

REFUNDS: All refunds will be subjected to a transaction fee that covers the costs we are charged for each amount processed by the credit card processing charge. Please note that on a refund they charge both ways, paying the fee and then charging back the refund.

We realize that this is not a perfect solution but it is the best we can do right now. AVP America is adding a payment system for leagues which was supposed to be in place by now and should be ready by the end of May which is obviously too late for this year's leagues. Thanks for being patient as we get all of this updated for the future.
