Tidewater Volleyball Association is a non-profit organization offering indoor volleyball at it`s 5 court indoor facility and beach volleyball at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Host of the Big Money Tournament Series, the Coastal Edge ECSC Volleyball Tournament and a couple of other beach tournaments throughout the summer, TVA is excited to continue to grow its program to serve players from the greater Hampton Roads area to players from all over the East Coast, from Florida up to New York! Our ball of choice is the WILSON AVP Ball and we award prizes to 1st and 2nd place in all divisions. We look forward to having you compete at Tidewater Volleyball Association!

Additional Information:

TVA is excited to announce it's Build the Bar Series. We'd like to throw some smaller events in compliance with Virginia's COVID-19 Regulations. We will have an AM Wave and a TWILIGHT WAVE at the Tidewater Volleyball Center. The proceeds for this tournament will go towards upgrading the Tidewater Volleyball Center Bar.

Currently the Tidewater Volleyball Center consists of TWO Indoor Sand Volleyball Courts and THREE Hard court Volleyball courts. We will run COED Beach events every Saturday and Sunday in November. These events will rotate to give division a chance to play early and late.

  • Series #1: Sat. 11/07/2020 - AM Wave: Coed A 2's | Twilight Wave: Coed AA 2's
  • Series #1: Sun. 11/08/2020 - Coed Open/AA** 2's
  • Series #2: Sat. 11/14/2020 - AM Wave: Coed AA 2's | Twilight Wave: Coed Open/AA** 2's
  • Series #2: Sun. 11/15/2020 - Coed A 2's
  • Series #3: Sat. 11/21/2020 - AM Wave: Coed Open/AA** 2's | Twilight Wave: Coed A 2's
  • Series #3: Sun. 11/22/2020 - Coed AA 2's

**Coed Open/AA denotes that it is a payout event but will not be a double elimination format

Saturday AM Division

  • 8:00 am Doors Open/Check-in
  • 9:00 am Tournament Begins

Saturday Twilight Division

  • 4:00 pm Check-in
  • 5:00 pm Tournament Begins

Sunday Division

  • 8:00 am Doors Open/Check-in
  • 9:00 am Tournament Begins

Costs:

  • Coed Open/AA 2's: $40.00 per player (60% payout)
  • Coed AA 2's: $30.00 per player
  • Coed A 2's: $30.00 per player
