Check social media & your email Friday evening for where your division should check in.
Check in with your teammate. We will not be able to accommodate players that arrive after check in closes.
Beach Info
Beach Rules from Jenkinson’s
All coolers must be 13x13x13 inches or smaller and are subject to search.
No alcohol is allowed on the beach. Any player or fan found with alcohol will be suspended from future events.
Beach badges required for all players and fans.
No tents are allowed on the beach.
No player or fan can sit, hang out, set up camp or pepper between the courts and the boardwalk.
All umbrellas need to be set up on the water side between the courts and the ocean.

Refunds
Online registration closes at 3pm Friday.
Juniors:
Early Bird (before midnight Tuesday)-$55
Pre-Registered (midnight Tuesday until 3pm Friday)-$55
Walk On (at the event)-$60
Fine Print:
All fees are per team. Only one partner should register and pay.
Entry fees do not include beach access or parking fees.
All refunds (unless the event is canceled by GAV) are subject to a 10% processing fee. No exceptions.
Credit card payments are accepted online until 3pm Friday. After that you can pay with cash or check on site.
Format
Pool play with single elimination playoffs
Prizes
1-Star Qualifier: Bids awarded to 1st and 2nd in each division with at least five teams
GAV/Sponsor Merchandise Prizes to 1st, 2nd and two 3rds
Refund Policy
Email info@greatamericanvolleyball.com PRIOR TO 8AM the day of the tournament if you are registered, but do not plan to play.
Refunds will not be given for no shows unless notification is given BY EMAIL prior to 8am the day of the tournament.
All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Deleting your entry through your account does not automatically trigger a refund, so please notify us if you cancel your entry.
Fine Print
Any division with less than 4 teams may be combined with another division.
Men’s/Women’s/Coed teams must play in their respective division.
A current AVP membership is required to play. Silver is required for GAV tournaments.
