All registrations must be complete and paid by that time or your registration will be removed.

Until Oct 4, complete teams with the highest AVP points will be accepted. Complete teams have a bid, are paid, and are listed with two players.  Incomplete teams will not be considered in the initial entry list. After Oct 4, teams will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Initial Entry List will be posted here on Oct 5. Any teams that are on the Initial Entry List have a guaranteed spot. 

INITIAL ENTRY LIST/FREE AGENT LIST

If your team is on the Waitlist, you will only get in if a team on the Initial Entry List drops out. Waitlist teams will be added in the order that they are on the Waitlist.

If your team is on the Incomplete Teams list and the division is not full, you will be added to the Initial Entry List when you complete your registration (entry fee paid and registered with 2 players). If the division is full, your team will be added to the Waitlist when you complete your registration.

Tournament Age Requirements:

• 18 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2024 or later.
• 16 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2026 or later.
• 14 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2028 or later.

Divisions: Boys & Girls 18U, 16U & 14U

• *No 12U division at this event
• Boys 18U/16U/14U: 12 teams per division
• Girls 18U/16U/14U: 48 teams per division

Schedule:

Saturday, Nov 4: Pool Play & Rd of 32 (Girls 18U, 16U & 14U Gold Bracket)

• Play starts at 8 am for all divisions
• Format: Match Play: Best of 3 (2 games to 21 points, tiebreaker to 15 points)
• Girls Divisions: Pools of 3, 1st & 2nd place teams go to Gold Bracket (losers from R32 go to Silver Bracket Sunday), 3rd Place Teams from pool go to Bronze Bracket
• Boys Divisions: Pools of 4, 1st & 2nd place teams go to Gold Bracket, 3rd & 4th go to Silver Bracket
• Pools will be posted on BracketPal

Sunday, Nov 5: Playoffs

• Playoffs will start at 8 am
• Start times will be posted on the schedule on BracketPal
• Format: Match Play: Best of 3 (2 games to 21 points, tiebreaker to 15 points)
• Single Elimination

How to Qualify:

• Bids can be earned at all 1-star, 2-star, and higher events from July 1 - October 29, 2023
• Bid winners can play with any partner of their choice.
• Only one partner per team is required to have earned a bid.
• Bids are not age specific. Players can compete in any age group as long as they have not aged out based on our Junior Age Requirements.
• Until Oct 4, teams with the highest AVP points will be accepted. After Oct 4, teams will be accepted on a first-come come, first-serve basis.
• Players will be required to compete in their respective divisions at the time of the event (see Tournament Age Requirements above).
• For example, if you win a bid in 12U, but based on your high school graduation year, you’re now required to play 14U, your bid is still valid. You do not need to earn another bid in 14U. But you must compete in 14U at this event based on your grad year.

Entry Fee

• Boys 18U, 16U & 14U: $200/team
• Girls 18U, 16U & 14U: $300/team

Dress Code:

• Uniforms are not required. However, matching color bottoms and tops are encouraged.
• All athletes are REQUIRED to wear a top that covers your midsection when standing, and full coverage bottoms.
