• For all categories (Boys 14U, Girls 14U & 16U):  Check-In from 8:00 am to 8:15am; planned starting playing time at 8:45am

Registration Process:

• An AVP membership is required in order to participate in this tournament.  The membership can be obtain on the following link:  AVP Membership Page.
• Nona Beach can assist you obtaining the AVP membership for a $10 service fee.
• Submit the tournament entry fee via Venmo (@NonaSports), Zelle (Nona Sports LLC, 407-234-0323) and/or Cash App ($NonaSports) with the "Player's Name" and "Tournament Date" description on the transaction.
• Tournament Entry Fees & Registration dates:
• $80/Team ($40/Player) if paid no later than 9:00pm EST on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled tournament.
• $90/Team ($45/Player) if paid no later than 12:00pm EST on the Friday prior to the scheduled tournament.
• $100/Team ($50/Player) if paid after 12:00pm EST on the Friday prior to the scheduled tournament.
• By registering on the AVP America website and submitting the tournament entry fee for this tournament; the participant (or the participant's guardian) gives consent to the participant to participate in this Nona Sports/Nona Beach sponsored event and/or program; in accordance with the Waiver and Release of Liability, Covid-19 Release of Liability and Pictures and Videos Release Acknowledgement described on the following page:  Player Waiver & Release of Liability.

Tournament Format & Wave Times:

• The tournament format is a Pool Play, leading to single elimination Brackets
• Pool play is one game to 21 points; win by 2 points, capped at 25 points
• Brackets is one game to 21 points; win by 2 points, capped at 25 points
• To the discretion of the organization, the final game may be a match (the best 2 out of 3 games, 3rd deciding game to be played to 15 points, win by 2 points, capped at 19 points)
• A minimum of 6 teams is required per category to maintain such category.  If there are 4 teams or less, the category will be merge with another available category. (This is done to the discretion of the organization and it is subject to change)
• Wave Times (subject to change):
• Check-In from 8:00 am to 8:15am; planned starting playing time at 8:45am
• (Men's AA) - Check-In from 7:45am to 8:00am; planned starting playing time at 8:30am (3 courts assigned, subject to changed)
• (Women A) - Check-In from 7:45am to 8:00am; planned starting playing time at 8:30am (2 courts assigned, subject to changed)
• (Boys 14U) - Check-In from 7:45am to 8:00am; planned starting playing time at 8:30am (1 court assigned, subject to changed)
• Any changes to the check-in, starting times and/or any other changes will be posted on the AVP America Website between 12:00pm and 3:00pm on the Friday prior to scheduled tournament.
• Prices awarded to the winners in each category
• 1st place earns Wilson OPTX, GRX Volleyballs, Bags, Apparel and/or Sunglasses
• 2nd place earns Apparel
• For the Juniors, the Qualifier Certificate will be sent via email within 48-72 hours after the conclusion of tournament

• Bring your shade
• Bring your drinks, snacks and volleyballs (on site refrigerators available)
• Gatorade + Water bottles may be available for sale
• Shower available on site
• Restroom available on site:  Porta Potty
• Please park on the grass area to the left of the sand courts (south, southeast of the sand courts)
• 6 sand courts available
• PLEASE ABIDE BY THE 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT ONCE ENTERERED THE ACCESS ROAD TO THE SAND COURTS 

Refund Policy and Weather Conditions:

1. No refunds available after 6:00pm EST on the Wednesday before the scheduled tournament.
2. If the tournament is cancelled due to weather, the tournament entry fee will be credited towards the next available Nona Sports Beach Volleyball Tournament.
3. The organization will monitor and evaluate the weather until 6:00pm EST the Friday prior of the Saturday scheduled tournament and will determined by then if the scheduled tournament will be postponed or cancelled.

COVID Guidelines:

1. Players and Spectators are to maintain social distances whenever possible.
2. Spectators are to set up canopies with 6 feet of distance or more.
3. If the Players and/or Spectators have experienced, within the past 7 days, or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not participate in this event.  Let's be SAFE for your and OTHERS. (The tournament fee will be credited for the next available Nona Sports tournament)
4. Please bring hand sanitizer to be used often during the event.
5. Please bring your face masks to be utilized whenever social distance is not possible.
