AVP America junior events must be open to ALL junior athletes. All athletes must play in their respective division. No exceptions.

At all 2-Stars, Bids are awarded to 1st, 2nd & 3rd (two 3rds) place winners in Girls 18s, 16s & 14s so long as there are a minimum of 5 teams in each division. 

Entry is $30 per player

 


Check-In 7:45-8:15- Play starts 8:30

Register on AVPAmerica and pay the morning of the event.

Due to Covid-19,

 This event will be a limited space event due to staying within CDC guidelines for the COVID - 19 epidemic.  This is an AVP America sanctioned event, we will be hosting our 14s / 16-18s  on Saturday and Sunday, July 18-19th.  Players can play up a division if they want to play. We will ask that there be no handshakes or high fives on side switches and we ask that parents respect social distancing as well.  We have a lot of open space at this facility and tents are allowed.  Coolers are not allowed except for players of the event. We just ask you please pick up after yourself.   Check-in will be at 7:45-8:00 am for both divisions, player meeting shortly after and pool play starts by 8:30 am.  We may end up making this playoff bracket two divisions (Gold and Silver depending on the number of teams, but for now we are planning to have everyone come out to Gold.  Depending on how fast pool play moves will determine how many games we play in the playoffs.  You must have an AVP America membership for this event.  Go to the AVP America website and register. We will email out anyone registered with more info as we get closer to the tournament date.  We will be awarding  AVPA great prizes for this event.   Our last event sold out, so register quickly to ensure your spot.

This event is taking place at the end of the month, and is open to all junior athletes. No bids are required in any divisions.

East Coast Championships (ECC)
  • All 1-star events award bids to ECC
  • All junior events through 11/1/2020 can qualify as a 1-star event
  • Bids are only required for Girls 18s, 16s & 14s at ECC. This event is open to all Boys divisions & Girls 12s
  • 1-Star events award bids to 1st & 2nd place as long as there is a minimum of 5 teams in the division
    • This does not change if you have more than 5 teams, 1st & 2nd only
    • Bids can trickle down to 3rd place winners if 1st or 2nd already has a bid
  • Bid winners can play with any partner of the choosing. They are not required to play with the partner they won the bid with
  • Only one partner is required to have won a bid in order to compete
  • Players will have to compete in their respective age divisions at the time of the event
    • Bids will be honored for any players that move up an age division

  • Updated ECC Bid Cert is attached to distribute to bid winners at your 1-star events

Paradise Ocean Club Beach Volleyball is a full-service beach club with a restaurant, bar, bands, swimming pool, and a beautiful beach on the bay in Hampton Roads! Thanks again Coastal Hampton Roads, RVC, Blue Ridge, Alexandria clubs for all the support and participation in last year's Jr's training league and tourneys. We also offer adult and jrs beach leagues & training weekly as well.  At POC we are trying to grow the beach volleyball game and expose our indoor clubs into beach players.  Our program is growing each year and we hope to really be one of the best beach leagues and training facilities in the 757.
